Connected Generation – (OnlineYouthEngagmentCamp)
Public Group active 4 months agoAfter the very first UKGovCamp the idea of an unConference for those looking at youth work and youth engagement emerged – evolving over the years into the Connected Generation unConference run through Youth Work Online (http://www.youthworkonline.org.uk).
It will return on 16th April 2011, venue tbc. in central London – coming at the culmination of the Youth Work Online Month of Action.

Ah. Yep. Date is not 100% set in stone so will check how Easter hols fall around the country…
How about Friday 29th April? Nothing else happening that day is there?

All suggestions and ideas for venues welcome. We were thinking of asking DfE in the first instance – as would be great to link with central gov like we did with the 2008 and 2009 events. Ideas on the best way of approaching welcome…

That would be fantastic. We were thinking as well of borrowing the UKGovCamp idea of Saturday BarCamp – and then follow up presentation evening/afternoon a few weeks later – so ideas for folk who might be interested in that too very welcome
