I love love love this idea – getting newbies to come along will hopefully spread the love and get things to change

Like it. It would be good to widen the talent pool. You simply can’t come away from somethiong like this unchanged…
totally agree, i am thinking that this event is probably the single biggest personal development opportunity for a whole bunch of people
Definately Carl – I can think of a few people that need this experience, wouldn’t it be wonderful if we could bring people that can make decisions – I have a feeling there will be more interest in this as time goes on.
Excellent idea. If we have it in Brum then I’ll try and bring a few colleagues along with me.
Simon, Jen (@BhamLibrarian) and colleague ran a training session in Brum last year. We should defo invite that crowd again.

Really like the idea of this – great suggestion. Suggestions: Better to find an unbeliever to convert or someone who’s already thinking along those lines …. or both?
