That would be fantastic. We were thinking as well of borrowing the UKGovCamp idea of Saturday BarCamp – and then follow up presentation evening/afternoon a few weeks later – so ideas for folk who might be interested in that too very welcome

One thing that might be tough to fit in, though, is introductions and tagging. At even a miserly 10s a piece for 200 folk, that’s still over half an hour. Is there space for it, I wonder?
(Obligatory personal interest disclosure: I’d never remember that many anyway…)
I was thinking about this too. Tag-intros do make for a really good ice-breaker (and help people connect with folk they know by twitter handle but not by face etc) – but they don’t scale brilliantly beyond a certain point…
A number of possibilities:
1) Make sure people have space to put tags on name badges…
2) Break people into small groups for introductions (groups of around 50) – so people get to know some people at least…
3) Take a photo of everyone as they arrive and collect three tags and project it up somewhere
