Tech startups and SMEs – While you’re talking to each other today, have a think about the mechanics you’d need in order to form bidding consortia for decent-sized govt projects.

We need the whole-is-greater-than-the-sum-of-the-parts approach if we’re going to deliver more cost-effective services and drag this country out of recession!

Very happy to talk about this; it’s something that has good legs with Cabinet Office at the moment.
