Become a sponsor 

All organisations and individuals can apply to sponsor us, so long as you follow our code of conduct. 

We value:

• discussion over sales pitches, 
• inclusion over non-compete agreements, 
• attendee privacy over sharing personal data.

Bronze <£250

• logo or name on our website and any slides used during the event,
• mentions on social media platforms we use.

Silver £500 (10 slots)

• everything in bronze, 
• 1 ticket to the event. 

Gold £1000 (10 slots)

• everything in silver,
• an addtional ticket (2 in total),
• place for your popup banner in the sponsor’s marketplace.

Platinum £2000 (10 slots left)

• everything in gold, 
• 2 additional tickets (4 in total), 
• 30 seconds to say or do something during the opening ceremony, 
• a stand in the sponsor marketplace, 
• opportunity to co-sponsor a specific component of the event, eg:
  • crèche, 
  • bursary,  
  • catering, 
  • website hosting,
  • carbon offsetting,
  • jointly branded merch.

It’s possible to be sole sponsor of a specific component, if you bear it’s full cost.
