On the day timings

When: Saturday 18 January 2025

  • Sponsor setup: 8:30am
  • Doors open: 9:00am
  • Intro from compere followed by session pitching: 10:00am
  • Morning sessions start: 11:00am
  • Lunch: 12:45pm
  • Afternoon sessions resume: 1:45pm
  • Wrap-up from compere: 4:45pm
  • Pub: 5:00pm

Deliveries/Collections

Sponsors are welcome to bring their stands with them to the venue on the day. 

Sponsors can also deliver items to the venue 24 hours before the event and you are welcome to arrange your couriers to collect them again on Monday 20th January.

Please mark deliveries:

Please ensure they are well boxed and that you bring labels for the Monday collection. 

Sponsor liaison on the day

Angela Hilton, Dr Jacqui Taylor and Imran Hussain will be your contacts on the day and will meet you at 8:30am to show you where you can construct your stands.

We have a slack channel where you can ask questions and find help sign up to ukgovcamp.slack.com and join the #sponsors channel or DM Angela or Imran with any questions.

Arrangements for the after event will be posted on Saturday at the event.

Is there a dress code? 

There is no dress code, whatever you are comfortable in.

Can I bring other marketing materials to give out?

Platinum level sponsors will be provided with a table and there will be a communal table to share stickers. We would like to keep swag to a minimum though.

How much space can I have for my stand?

  • Gold: 1 pull up stand
  • Platinum: 2 pull up stands and a table

Will there be an attendee list?

We do not share attendee data – we will have a twitter list and those who wish to can leave their twitter ids on session notes but nothing is mandatory.
